Hey Kyle, Thanks for quick respond.....I did calibrate on P3D but she still pulls...Not by much but I didn't had that with FSX. I will try one more time and also with Saitec profile set up. Also, on P3D does auto rudder needs to be checked or no? Thanks

Hey guys, Recently I switched to V4, and every time on runway before take off, plane is pulling to the right?! I haven't had that on FSX. One more thing, it feels way lighter on take off than in FSX. Plane is full....fuel loaded....GW to the max. Any specific set up difference on P3D v FSX? Thanks

I had similar issues...however happened after I started installing add-on scenery. I deleted scenery .cfg. After that I had to do clean up and sort it out. But got her going.

As of now it works absolutely perfect. Of course I need more adjustments.To bright at the moment and have to play with it...Starting with monitors that were adjusted to FSX.....You will enjoy it...

WOW, that's very interesting. It is actually nice to hear that they changed their attitude. Few years back it was easier to get hold of POTUS by phone than help from Microsoft. But hey, nice change. Well, MS made so much so he could invest in customer service. Jokes on the side. After last update (in November, not October?!) I started getting weird messages....got mad of course, had to revert update but I wasn't surprised much and after started reading forums, I heard bells started ringing....After many years of FSX-ing, many purchases latter, I have decided to switch to P3Dv4. Installed new drive and and bought few PMDG's and few addons...Rest was more or less compatible with, of course, initial set-up pain, etc. Some scenery conflicts, CTD on start-up, camera views...etc..frustrating at the beginning but I managed somehow to make few short flights, and today I am making first long flight to see what's is going to happen. On FSX I would pry my kidney stones out taxiing on FT CYYZ from to much stuttering and let alone approaching FT CYYZ after long haul flight. Now...smooth nothing is happening, like milk....And that worries me...not because of kidney stone much, but more what we are going to do? Just fly and enjoy? No fixing? No CTD, OOM? LOL And as far as Win 10 goes...like it or not, it is here to stay the way they design it, not sure if they care about long time abandoned FSX. So as someone wrote few posts up, it is up to DVTG and LM and others to step up the game. How I see it at this moment, LM could have inside tip what's coming in Fall so they were preparing whole spring. Ok maybe not tip but, you know what I mean, a hunch.... Besides, we all will agree that years or so back, information we had is that in order to change any Sim to 64 bit platform would be to costly and tough to do. Only way to re-write new code, etc. But it appears that is not the case. So after spending roughly about $650 CAD again...I am happily in the air... P.S. my FSX SE still on other drive...just in case.... Cheers

Thanks Jorge....It appears that I had issue with some add-on scenery....I was playing on my add - on airport. I deleted Scenery.cfg and made a flight. Now of course I have to install FT CYYZ again. Thank you

I am out of any ideas....I installed V4 few days back thinking after release of this 64 bit beauty that I will enjoy my flights....but after making only one flight I am unable often to start P3D...crashes constantly. I installed my 777 (PMDG), latest add-on and every time when I try to change camera view outside it crashes.....Thought problem is with latest addition, switched back to NGX, which BTW worked perfectly yesterday and same thing.... not sure if is camera (ezDock) or FSUIPC (not sure why that but...). I backed up my .cfg, deleted original, restarted and sometimes I am unable to start at all (crashes on "load scenery" screen) and sometimes I am able to get her going but when I try outside view it crashes. I am desperate for help...reading all posts I can't find nothing similar at least on first 5 pages.... P.S. Just tried again...it is definitely problem with VIEW - camera or mouse...at least that is were crashes.Now it hangs on "loading scenery files, sometimes comes to 3% but that's it.

Sorry guys to open new topic but seems to me that after searching for last three days I couldn't find any answer about small issue I have. I recently switched to P3D and I am impressed, everything works fine but when I press left click on mouse Simulator Pauses and message said Sim paused?! So I have to "click" on cockpitt and un-pause the game. In other words I can't do anything on my PC except fly....If I want to open flight plan, sim pauses, when I try checking ASP sim pauses..... I se lot's of people have issue that Sim crashes but mine is just paused and is getting annoyed....Anyone can help me? Thanks

Well, the latest update didn't fix it! After last update everything was ok now I am getting same error..... P.S. After this update actually I have issue with QW787 not PMDG product.....?! I don't have time to test now but will repeat Friday but no message after exiting FSX.....So a bit confused....

Nope....VAS at 2.559 GB KLAX airport.....ORBX, VECTOR, Heavy WX (ASN)....seems to me is good now.....And stable...FPS are down tho.....

At the and it appears that all issues are with your FSX set up.....I did not have any VAS issue with A320X and yes, some with 777 due to "heavy" set-up....tweak by tweak, day after day, somehow I made it....But not sure that even mirroring my set up would help you. Looks like FSX runs differently on each PC.

Well, I had similar experience and disappointments when I got new "stronger" PC..... I couldn't believe that, with stronger machine, FSX will "eat" all memory! I could not make one HR in the air without a beep. Little by little I started lowering everything, not much but enough to get me going. What really helped me at the end is new upgrade of Steve DX10 fixer, and tweak that I was afraid to implement before. I changed in fsx.cfg frame rate to 0 and unlimited in FSX set up, bufferpools at 0 (not sure about that), but even with strong PC (relatively speaking), my AM is now at 14. And I remember it was 84?! So how that got changed I have no idea. In order to have frame limiter to unlimited I had to change in NVIDIA config frame rate to 60. I picked that from Mats video I watched recently. Since that last fix it is all like silk! I am afraid to sneeze around my PC being afraid something is going to change. I have installed CYYZ from Fly Tampa, which is arguably heaviest scenery on the market ever and I was unable to land on that APT ever since I bought it, but now with everything turned on (heavy sceneries, AI TFC, ASN, ORBX, ORBX HD APTS, PMGD 777) I am at max 2.8 GB. Touch shaky there, but managed to land last night with heavy snow and all lights on. Not sure if I did anything differently but perhaps worth trying.

Ooops...first, this is the fastest respond I ever got. Thank you. I am getting blind and crazy recently how many manuals I had to read, but true, I should look more closely, one more time, just in case not to forget anything. I logged there FlightSim store, but I can't find purchase of Dx10 scenery fixer. Where did I buy, can't recall honestly, was sometimes last year. If that stop me getting the new link, fine, no problem. In the mean time I am trying to fix problem with current version and if no help is available, I exhausted all my options. Thank you for quick respond

Steve introduced new 3.1 version of DX10 fixer but I am unable to get his email address as he said he would sort it out for people purchased elsewhere, also have issue with current version...Error: Can not find SteveFx\dx10 scenery fixer\bin\dx10 options.exe. Hope for some help.....Not sure if the whole world should know his email, but I certainly don't have..... :smile:
