As I am unable to post (or search for info on it) on Eaglesoft's forum due to my account registration not being activated since I registered two weeks ago (yes, I wrote an e-mail to the admin out there), I'm trying to get some help here. After buying the addon and finally having the "MFD Freeze" and "no idle throttle/no reverse" issues solved, I wanted to do some test flights before the delivery flight of my private Citation X. I made the flight plan around KCEA (Cessna Factory in Wichita) on FS Build to know how much fuel I needed and then made ut on the Citation X FMS. Everything goes right, except when completing the performance initialization and confirming it and after completing the takeoff initialization. I get a "takeoff out of limits" message no matter what weight I have (I've tried with only the pilot and copilot at 170LB per pax, plus 20LB of cargo, with the fuel indicated by FS Build, or less fuel or even with full tanks, as well as a "check DMU" and "check dest fuel" and on takeoff data, the "RWY USE/REQ" shows the selected runway length ans it should, but on the "REQ" part, it always shows 0, no matter what, and no V speeds are computed, neither for take off or afterwards for the landing. As the runway at KCEA is only about 3800ft long, I tried the same at the nearby KIAB, which has a ~11000ft runway, with no flight plan (only the departure airport and runway and arrival airport and runway, also at KIAB) and the "REQ" runway still says 0 and all those "takeoff out of limits" and the other messages still show up when completing the perf and t/o init and no V speeds are computed either. Can someone enlighten me on what may be wrong?

Eaglesoft Citation X shuts down after a couple minutes

Hi, I've been using the Eaglesoft Citation X version 2 for a long time. It was working wonderfully. Suddenly the whole plane shuts down in mid-flight after some amount of minutes! Power goes out, engines go, I can't turn electric back on. It happened once before and I forget what I did to fix it :( Anyone with any ideas ? Thanks jj -
How to insert custom waypoints into Feelthere's Citation X FMC, what is the syntax? Any I try, the FMC says "Invalid entry".

Hello guys , sorry to bother with this issue but i boutgh a citation x from Eaglesoft and I am waiting 2 weeks for they awnser me and send me the forum activation , so i decided to write here and see if i can solve this problem . My problem is that i add all the flight plan , waypoints etc and all is ok and looks perfect , but when i do the take off and i conect the NAV , the plane only go to the first point and them the plane dont get the other waypoints in the plan , i was looking in youtube , everywehere but i cant find a solution , if someone had the same problem please let me know, thanks very much guys! Alan

I've been looking around for instructions on how to perform a cold start on Eaglesoft's Citation X v1.0. If those instructions are around, would someone please point me in the right direction? I was registered at the Eaglesoft forums, but apparently they have reset everything again, and I am awaiting confirmation. Thanks for your help.

Did not know where to ask this question Sorry if its in the wrong place. I went back to use the citation x for fsx . I have not used it in a whileWhen I align the nav system I get a big red X and the hdg failsI cant find any reference tot his failure and I certainly cant figure out how to resolve this failureAny ideas Hoping someone here remembers and can give me a hint. There is no support for this on the wilco site that I could find. Thank you Peter -
Hi All, How does one trim the X? Just wanted to ask fellow Eaglesoft Cessna Citation X 2.0 drivers how they manage to trim their aircraft properly? I have massive problems with it, especially at altitude. I have the trim set up on my Saitek yoke two buttons on the left hand side. When at altitude just a very quick tap of the button can almost send the aircraft into a nose dive! Also it seems related to the trim - on a cruise at the moment at FL470 at m.857 - And its just not stable in pitch at all - what am i doing wrong? it seems to oscillate between 1 - 2 degrees up and down constantly and I can see the stab trim trimming up and down constantly in the display.... Something I've done wrong? Thanks, James

I have acquired a pair of Citation Yokes out of a late model Citation 550 and have offered to provide them to a Aircraft Control Engineering (http://www.737yoke.com/ visit their FB page for pictures) to make copies and make available to those of us who prefer to fly something other than a Boeing or Airbus product.
