Dave, You get a lot of problem posts and requests for info and how-to's. I wanted to give you a Thank You post. You are hands down one of the best software developers I've ever dealt with. You're kind, courteous and will go out of your way to help out even a single customer. You know all the problems I've had with my personal system and worked closely with me to try and crush them. That Airway one was a tough bugger but you've managed to crush all those problem with your rapid update cycling. Pilot2ATC is hands down the best AI/VOX driven ATC Suite for FSX/P3D or X-Plane (the ONLY real choice for X-Plane imo) in my opinion and I appreciate your efforts and rapid version cycle times. I wouldn't fly without P2A guiding me across the virtual skies! Keep up the great work! I am looking forward to the integration of World Traffic 3.1 for X-Plane with P2A in the future!

Hey y'all, I want to personally thank all the forum moderators who keep this section of the forums in check at all times. I know if I had to manage this forum especially last week during P3Dv2 announcement, I would have called quits or gone crazy. I really do respect the forum moderators for maintaining quality control on the forums. This forum will be extremely active Monday onwards and even though it is a volunteer job, I thank you guys for all the hard work that you do to keep things cool. On a funny note: I would love to know from the forum moderators on how you all are able to control your patience when dealing with unruly posters on massive site like avsim? How do you guys keep calm and composed - especially when posters don't read the pinned topic/rules and keep ignoring them. Have a good weekend, Skywolf

My PMDG "career" has started nearly 1.5 years ago, it's about time for this post. I started of with the JS41, enjoying it but soon feeling I need a plane I often fly with as passenger, so I soon got the NGX, followed by the expansion pack. As I felt that I want to get into heavies too, the MD11 joined the fleet. I fly all of them a lot, and last week I bought the 777. Why not? If it doesn't work I have it ready for better times when I have a decent desktop. But now, after turning down a few settings I totally enjoy it. None of the other planes gave me the feeling of flying a large plane and "being there". I already flew her into the most complex scenery I have, Aerosofts Approaching LOWI, and landed without problems. FPS on final approach was just above 10, but stutter-free, making good hand flying possible. This was certainly better than with the NGX, where I had to switch to the 2D panel. On important thing to note is that I'm not a "HD" simmer. I have no problem with a few "blurries", low autogen settings and default sceneries and clouds. If you can think like that as well and have a similar system as me, I'd say go for it. Hope this helps some people who are unsure about getting the Triple Seven  . Thank you PMDG for giving me such a great time with your products. I wish you nice holidays, merry Christmas, and a happy new year, hopefully beginning with releasing the "real" (sorry about that, I just prefer long airplanes) 777 when it's ready.

I should have posted earlier... The 5.1 sound installer wasnt working in the earlier releases of the 777 for V4. Raised a ticket. Got a response saying it would be fixed when a new installer is released. New installer released. Fixed. oh and no Microsoft, for the 47th time I do not want the Bing bar, I would not like it on a boat, I would not like it with a goat... Thanks PMDG
