Boeing 737 overrun at SLSU

This happened just yesterday, reports pilot landed very long, just on the "hump" at the middle of the runway, and then the runway goes downhill so he had no chance.

 

No injuries and no major damage to the aircraft, very lucky

Prove positive that runway behind you does you NO GOOD!

 

Something went incredibly well for this flight crew in that there were no injuries or major damage.

the missed approach option doesn't look the best either, at least all are ok and the aircraft not damaged .
