Microsoft updates W7

As discussed this evening. These are the KB~s I have uninstalled and hidden. I forget which one sorted out the UI problem. Most of them were W10 update nags, but none of them seem to be missed by W7

The one which I think I remember caused some big issues in FSX win7 64bit which isn`t on your list was this one from 12/03/13   KB2670838   . Please feel free to correct me if I`m wrong . But this is the only one that I`ve not installed

I'm buggered if I know now. I think a lot of them were about W10 nags, as I said. It was ages ago. FSX

I have KB3035583 committed to memory, that is that darn update that enables upgrading to Win10.  Thanks for the list Ron.

Yeah that is the Windows update to 10 that shows up in the taskbar.

If it is hidden it won't automatically update, but it will come back later in time so you have to keep on eye to see if it shows up in the list of updates to install.

 

 

KB2670838 I was not aware of, thanks. I need to uninstall it right away.

Ohh be careful if you do update to Windows 10, especially if you have the PMDG 747 as I've been having some issues with it, specifically the PMDG_Options.dll file.
