February 24, 200422 yr I have been thinking of starting a virtual airline for PMDG aircraft only. We would start naturally with the Beech 1900D, Boeing 737-600, and 700. Adding the 800, and 900 upon release. Please give me your thoughts.Paul
February 24, 200422 yr Great response, thank you. Here are a few of my ideas. I wanted to include hubs that have a lot of online activity (controllers). So, here it goes. Cleveland, Orlando, Newark, St. Louis, Los Angeles, Seattle. Naturally, they all wont hit at once. I was also thinking we could have a section for flight plan uploads (for those who dont want to type in the flight plan). Next, we need a name. I was thinking of Premier Airways, and Premier Shuttle. I already have the site, and the links. But I am open to some other ideas!!!! So, please list your ideas, also a color scheme. I like white and gray, but again, I am open to other ideas. We would also have a big Carribean route, so we may have a different color scheme for that as well. Please, give me your thoughts.Paul
February 24, 200422 yr What about Toronto as a hub in Canada? One of the highest use airports in NA.Gavinhttp://www.interprom.com/gavhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/ng_driver.jpg
February 24, 200422 yr Toronto would make a great hub. I was thinking of both Toronto, and Calgary for Canadian hubs.
February 24, 200422 yr Awesome idea. Another thing to throw at ya, is I am on the roster with a incredibly prominent VA as a staff member (training pilots. Im a real world driver). I would like to offer my services if possible as well. GREAT idea you have here. Im interested. Feel free to PM me. ThanksJosh
February 24, 200422 yr Great, I will need as much help as possible. Please send me your email so we can communicate. Anyone else, please let me [email protected]
February 24, 200422 yr Well I can think of making it even easier..How bout we team it up with PMDG..and make it PMDG airways. using their liveries. Im sure many of us are already doing this, just not as a VA per say.Cant speak for PMDG, but I cant see any reason why they would object.Heck, they might even help in the support of the VA. February 24, 200422 yr A bad picture, but you get the idea. These are the routes we have in mind. Growing all the time naturally.Paul
February 24, 200422 yr Commercial Member I'd suggest a PHX or TUS hub too - ZAB ATC on VATSIM has really come a long way since Ernie Alston took over as CF and there's a lot of coverage now... Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
February 24, 200422 yr I actually have emailed them, and may here from them in the next day or so. I like there livery very much, and would like to have it as the base livery. I think we would have to take a "poll" to find out if you and I are the only ones.
February 24, 200422 yr I kind of thought that Phoenix would be better than LAX. Everyone uses LAX as there hub, so maybe Phoenix is the answer for the West Coast. GREAT idea!
February 24, 200422 yr I would love to be in this VA. Would be good if there was a HUB in Australia... Adelaide or Perth (Always seem to miss out, lol). Would like to help as much as possible. Keep my mind off other things in my life at the moment.Ryan Cheers,RyanProfessional Coffee Drinker/BAe146 DriverAircraft Maintenance Engineer
