hi fido, disregard.... my mistake

Can't really tell at this point in time since there is no FSUIPC compatable with the Gold version. Pete is working on it and as soon as he has released it we'll (beta testers) will be able to check for certain. I for one certainly hope it does!

But 767PIC doesn't rely on FSUIPC.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Hi John. PIC doesn't use FSUIPC, and I'm afraid it isn't compatible with FS2004. Sorry.Regards,Wade

Hi Wade - is there anything we can do, help, buy or supply for it to work with FS2K4?

I thought I read somewhere that any add-ons that were compatible with 2k2 will be compatible with 2k4

If Microsoft was smart they would have made all the add-ons compatible with 2K4. A tonne of people will probably not buy 2K4 because the 767 PIC's, PSS's, DF's won't be compatible and in return hurt Microsoft's sales of 2K4. If they made 2K4 compatible with all these add-ons I bet their 2K4 sales would increase at least 30%. But then again I am sure that means nothing to good 'ol Bill.

Wade and Laurent,<>This looks like the end of the road for the PIC767 then. All very sad really for what is the premier aircraft/panel package for FS. Time to look elsewhere for an alternative if you want FS2004 but PIC will be hard to beat.If the team have no plans to patch the 767 then maybe the source code could be passed to a suitable person to continue the work. There are people in this forum who have the skills. Surely Wilco would have no objections?Cheers,

I wish they'd just go ahead and announce their intentions. I mean, it's been over two years since they released a product, certainly they know what direction they're heading in.Is it a 767? If yes, then we can all stop worrying about FS2004 and look forward to that. If no, then we can respectfully give PIC a last tour around the globe before sending her to Mojave and look elsewhere until a 767 panel is made, I'll probably go for that new PMDG 737 (not a substitute, but something good in the meantime). I know DF said it would make all their products FS2004 compatible, so that will at least mean we'll have the DF734 flying. But yea, I'd sure like to know one way or the other what direction the PIC team is taking. Not that they owe me or anyone else anything, but I'd like to know whether to look forward or to mourn.

Guys,It has been stated that PICv2 will be developed, but no definite timeline has been set. Search for "the future"

But it doesn't state that one will be made, just that one MIGHT be made but things aren't looking good for it.
