Hi Dillon, there was a thread on the temporary forum about the Dc9 by skysim by Staffan, good thing you mentioned it here, since it got deleted by now, I'm very excited about this bird and especially the vc, and I'm checking everyday for its release so far it looks really nice!! :(

I know this is the FS9 forum, but this release is supposed to be for FSX also. I am hoping someone does a USN C-9 repaint for this great aircraft.Thanks. Pete

I wish that they would make a 717...after all, we already have a dc-9, and it rally wouldn't be that hard to make a 717. Just new engines and flight deck.Matt

It sure looks nice, a proper steam-powered airplane that i'd get without hesitation, but I already own the Super-80 from Flight 1. I wonder if this DC9 would be too similar to the Super-80 to make it worthwhile getting ....
