CaptainSim...You have to be kidding me.

Kyle: I'm mainly looking at the interior model of the LDS767. The entire overhead is flat, and the only way to get to the light switches is via the main panel, where they are basically crushed in a tiny field of approximately 2 by 10 centimeters (from memory). The exterior of the LD767 is pretty darn good and I love it, but the VC of the LDS767 is outdated now, for as fara s I'm concerned. Look at what other developers give you now: PMDG, VRS, Airsimmer, Captain Sim (yes, i think their VC does look stunning, even it were inaccurate), heck, also Ariane gives you an overhead with 3D buttons. Right now I've come to expect that current planes have VCs that are more than flat bitmaps and the 3D gear/flap/throttle levers, and in that respect, i think the LDS767's VC is outdated. You can now call me a VC a really excited user, or eye candy a really excited user or whatever, but the LDS767 VC is not up there with other developer's VCs anymore, in my opinion.Concerning:"Let me also clarify that I am obviously not looking to get into any argument of any kind, but I just had some observations with this post that I think needed some attention"Well, if you right a three chapter post on a forum, it;s obcious you will start an argument, because people will be disagreeing. If you don't want an argument, don't post.Anyway, i hope I have been clear about my statement about the LDS767 being a bit oudated now (the VC, anyway). Understand talking about that with me is rather useless for the rest, this opinion is not going to change.

It's so funny, with all the crap going on in the world all you can expect every morning you wake up is that you will definetly whiny, know it all , speak before they think people on this forum. As far as well rounded goes it's up there with the best. It's not even official yet that they are done patching it. I lost 150 thousand in the stock market in the last 2 years you don't here me crying about fuel burn do you? *******
What the heck does you losing $150k in the stock market have to do with my thread about CaptainSim designing a 767?? My suggestion to you would be to pull your money out of the market or invest in some low risk bonds...Just because it isn't an issue to you, the fuel flow issue with the 757 might be a huge problem to somebody else. Just like your money issue is a big deal to you, but not to somebody on this forum...we all have our problems. The fuel flow issue is an upsetting issue because we were promised something that wasn't fufilled. We were led to believe that we were buying a FULLY FUNCTIONAL 757 (that includes fuel burn). That is a promise from a company to the consumer. The company did not keep their promise. End of story. And to my good friend Mr. ZachLW...this thread was started to discuss CaptainSim developing a 767for FSX while leaving us fs9ers with an unfinished product. Nothing more. Nothing less. It wasn't started to argue about the 757 going vertical, pitch angle vs AoA, who can spit farther, or whos girlfriend is prettier. Hey we might just become buddies after all!!As far as the LevelD vc; I tend to agree with you. It is outdated and could stand for a rework, but as far as functionality and modeling is concerned, LevelD takes the blue ribbon home.Ready!! Set!! Flame!!!!Matt

Okay, I had assumed you were strictly talking about the LDS 767 exterior model, only. I would agree with the VC then, no need to call you a VC a really excited user, I use them from time to time. You can disagree without having a full-blown argument is what I'm trying to say. Obviously I'd like to hear any opinion, I just don't want any personally attacks on them.
