Hi,before reading Ryan's info, I changed the following FSUIPC settingswind sectionchange of rate to 8 secondssurpressing all 3 - turb gusts and variance - actually you "feel" and see still some movements of the airplane . . .DWC ON in ASAso far 2 flights WITHOUT any problems with the MD11 - before I had severe problems which were only to overcome by disabling DWC - but then the winds disappear . . .

i changed all those config settings and nothing worked except suppressing turbulence in fsuipc or disabling it totally in asa

Yeah, I never permit turbulence. Even at best it is very unrealistic.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that all those things I was talking about before were with Turbulence turned OFF in FSX. By the way, if Turbulence is turned OFF in FSX, the FSX.cfg Wind Turbulence settings below 1.0 mentioned above don't do anything. I once tried 0.1 to see if the flickers or oscillation went away. Nope, nothing. I even turned on Turbulence and then set it 0.1, still no effect.
