Hey the download is on there main site, http://realenvironmentxtreme.com and just click the "Buy Now" this will take you to the The flightsim store where you can purchase it. The textures are amazing the best any product has to offer, it has alot of features like a flight planner and a weather engine. However my advise would be to wait until Version 2.0 is released, which should be in the next few weeks, there are totally revamping it. There were some problems with the weather engine and other things, so REX 2.0 is supposed to fix all these problems. But even with the shortcommings of REX 1.0 it still is the best money I have ever spent to improve fsx, I'm sure you won't regret it.

I believe v1 is required for v2. Might want to check it out.

Remember REX 2.0 will be free to REX 1.0 customers. I assume it will be the same price. I would definitely advise getting it. It changes FSX considerably. CheersRhydian

Do you recommend REX if one has ASX? If so, should you uninstall ASX before installing REX?Dave Hinson

Hi Dave, that all depends on your needs. There is no need to uninstall ASX to use REX.

I dont know about ASx.But ASA + REX works magic. ASA weather is great, and REX textures go very well with it.JUst use ASX weather and only REX textures.Since i dont know much about ASX, i cant say if the weather is more reallistic than REXBut ASA weather in my opnion gives me more realistic cloud layers than REX. But my ASA uses REX cloud textures. So i would suggeest trying ASX weather and REX weather see which you prefer. Also you dont have to uninstall ASX to REX. Just start the one you prefer before FSX . If you want to use ASX weather then disable REX weather from Rex options menu.If you want to use rex weather, then dont start ASX before FSX, just REX

What is the impact on framerates with REX ?Mark.
