December 13, 200916 yr Is there a such thing as an HD VC for FS9? Perferably a twin prop... But any recommendations appreciated. Thanks.
December 13, 200916 yr Digital Aviation Piper Cheyenne is up there, if you want to go bigger there's Flight1's ATR, both about as 'HD' as a VC gets imho. I'm sure there's others - I'm not that much into props. Regards, Mark
December 13, 200916 yr Dreamfleet's Baron is pretty good but of course I'm going to say that... :( FS2020 Alienware Aurora R11 10th Gen Intel Core i7 10700F - Windows 11 Home 32GB Ram NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super OC 16GB - Pimax Crystal Light VR
December 13, 200916 yr I had exactly these two planes (cheyenne and baron) in mind after reading the original post. JasonFAA CPL SEL MEL IR CFI-I MEI AGI
December 13, 200916 yr Commercial Member One of the best (if not the best) VC in FS2004 is this one: http://secure.simmarket.com/sd-yakovlev-ya...or-fs2004.phtmlGauges are 3D and they work very smooth. However, some switches can be operated using 2D popups only. Michael A2A Simulations
December 13, 200916 yr MAAM's DC-3 if you like historicDoes this bird have a clickable VC now??? FS2020 Alienware Aurora R11 10th Gen Intel Core i7 10700F - Windows 11 Home 32GB Ram NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super OC 16GB - Pimax Crystal Light VR
December 13, 200916 yr I wouldn't say the MAAM DC-3 has the BEST virtual cockpit. It's not bad, there's just better.I would say the Digital Aviation Piper Cheyenne has the best VC I've seen.
December 13, 200916 yr my bad wrong answer thought you were talking about best vc cockpit your looking specifically for a twin prop vc cockpit. I had mentioned the Opensky 777 vc cockpit and the Airbus A320 vc cockpit duh!
December 13, 200916 yr Yes, the POSKY 777 does have a nice VC (I just downloaded it to check it out). It's too bad there isn't a 777 with good systems...
December 13, 200916 yr The RealAir Citabria, Decatholon, and Scout have excellent VCs that are programmed so that the viewpoint of the pilot will move as the plane pitches, rolls, and yaws. Another great VC for a twin aircraft would be the Carenado Pa-34 Seneca however the contact points and other flight dynamics may have to be hand edited.

December 14, 200916 yr I would like to nominate the POSKY 777's VC!. It is simply amazing to look at. It falls short with not all the systems fully functional. But it feels real nice. The next is PMDG's 747-400. She is the Queen and shows her royalty in the quality of the VC. I only want to operate in its VC. 2D panel is dead to me when I fly with the Queen. December 14, 200916 yr The Saab Safir is quite good too! It's not a twin, or a turboprop, but deserves a mention for the quality of the VC. http://www.sibwings.com/fsmedia.phpCracking wee plane to fly, so it is.
