I wonder what this "new quality standard" means ? Is it : 3D gauges ?real landing lights like in lotus sim L39 ?airframe and windshield icing like in L39, f1 mustang, pmdg j41 ?sadly from preview shots I don't see anything from list above... I like Carenado very much, coz they released in the past models that I've been dreaming about ( FS dreams :( ) but world keeps spinning and standard of FSX planes is going up as well as customer's expectations.Carenado, you are the masters in external models and please be masters regarding visuals inside the plane too :(

I agree they need to defently step up there work, and there price to if need be, real air and IRIS are starting to come out with GA stuff and FLight 1 will be coming out with a 162 172 182 and a b200 this year and you just know that will be awesome. Hey how come there is never Carenado dev's on this forum? I'd like to hear what they think. I for one don't know my &@($* from a hole in the ground when it comes to developping for FSX so if need be let them set me straight.

i dont think I'll buy it if they don't start doing 3D, like its 2010 and to not be doing anything in 3D is just boring to me. Even if its $15.

Carenado's 2D gauges do look as nice and perform as well as a 2D gauge possibly could. (certainly look more realistic the Real Air's Uber clean 3D's)My reason for Carenado's choice to impliment 3D ADI/HSI (not all gauges need to be 3D just the main ones) is not because " It's just boring to me" :( , but because they will be smoother. And smooth gauges + good fps are very important for flight.I will definitely buy the F33 (FS9vers) even if they do not impliment 3D gauges.... what I do not want are 3D knobs that stop me from adding the Reality-Xp GPS units .. :(

It's true Carenado's gauges perform well but I disagree about RA's gauges. There are plenty of extremely clean and polished cockpits around.

Agreed, it is only a personal preference for old and used....much like myself. :(
