May 18, 201016 yr Great tip, Jeroen. I'm still fiddling around with view-points and am just about happy thus far with cockpit and outside a/c settings. btw, a few of my favorite a/c were "rejected" by EZDok when I initially "configured FSX." I don't have the Carenado 206, 182 and warrior, Justflight 152, and a few freeware a/c EZDok-configured. I can only assume that these must be FS9 port-overs. Anybody know another way around this... perhaps, manually altering a/c cfg?None of my three Carenado planes had views assigned to them by EZdok and those certainly aren't FS9 portovers. Apparently something doesn't work as advertised: maybe EZdok expects a very specific kind of camera settings in a specific cfg to create some sort of default views for addon aircraft...? I don't care, really, because I never use the default views a plane gives me. And with EZdok it's easy to create the ones I want.

But it's easy to do. Wayne KlocknerUnited Virtual

The manual says:"Click START and wait while the Configurator modifies the aircraft.cfg files of all the models installed in FSX."...so I thought that would indeed mean ALL the models. But it's no big deal indeed.
May 18, 201016 yr Commercial Member OK, thanks Wayne. I will look into it. Edited for speeling Visit the tribe @ http://islandsim.com

May 19, 201016 yr EZdok comes with default views for some of the "stock" FSX planes only...you'll need to copy them to any payware and non-stock freeware planes you have. But it's easy to do.The configuration tool only adds a 'universal' camera which can be placed where desired, it does not add pre-set positions to any payware aircraft.Bryan.
