Isn't the background out of focus when the foreground is focused?
The same rules apply as in real life - can pilot simultaneously see sharp cockpit instruments and ground features 100 miles away - no, human eye is incapable of it.You have the exact same situation while driving every day.While flying in FSX in "2D' you actually get highly unrealistic effect - ability to see both sharp scenery and sharp instruments.

Glad you got it installed and are enjoying. I am also amazed with the 3d effects of the clouds, the autogen trees and buildings, and the payware airport scenery addons. I just wish everything would be brighter and a little clearer but I know I'm at the beginning of the cutting edge of this 3d technology and that will happen sometime in the near future. I have a feeling we'll be seeing much more of this technology with the X-Box 360 and any future flight simulator Microsoft is working on.Best regards,Jim

Now , I can solve PAPI and light glow double and ghosting . and make night flight is possible.Use 3d driver from www.iz3d.com that amazing and compatible with all card.just try
I have now the 3D Vision set so are you sure that it will work with IZ3d? I downloaded a trialversion but is saying, no hardware found and can't find anything about it on Google.I hope it can because it's awesome but lights like the PAPI are bad.Cheers
