And may I ask what type exactly? The type where individuals raise criticism on a commercial developer's product and conduct in our FS community? I thought AVSIM moderates people's language but not opinions? If you refer to the anonymous "AS employee" claim I would agree. But then removing the entire threads seems a bit extreme to me.

No Jason, it's just the internal Airsimmer nonsense that has no place in these forums. Everyone is still more than welcome to discuss the product, and there is no special privelage for Airsimmer here that any other developer or member doesn't have. We just need to keep the private matters private because these forums are no place for that. The former employee(s) and Airsimmer need to handle those matters outside of AVSIM. If other forums permit that nonsense, than you can watch the circus there, but we don't have room for that kind of stuff here.

Im not a lawyer but I do watch alot of Judge Judy, and as long as airsimmer does not officially say we are closed and not working on this project anymore you would not have a case at all. They could keep this up for the next 20 years, they never gave a release date.
