I purchased the MD 11 package several days ago. When I went to install and got to the validation screen...inputted email, order ID and password - failed. Then tried to log onto PDMG - failed.I send a request to PDMG via the email address they give you in the receipt and no response.Then I send them a ticket on the issue...no response.So now I'm wondering if PDMG got my $84.00 for nothing? Is the support email they give you not monitored? How about the ticket system.How do you apply for a refund if the software won't install? Do you just contest the charges via your credit card co?Any insight is appreciated!

I know its frustrating when things don't work, but I can assure you that PMDG has great support, but as in life nothing is 100% perfect. Im sure you will get the support you need very soon.

Well, its been a week and I've gotten no official response from PDMG either via their support email that was given in my receipt, via their ticket system, nor this public forum I'll have to take the issue with with my cc company. Its a shame, I've bought other products from them w/o problems and regard them well. At the very least the automated receipt reply contains outdated information (ie the support email is no longer valid). Hate to dump on these guys by my experience has been less than ideal - just wanted to offer it for whatever its worth.

Stephen-If you submitted your ticket a week ago, then it is likely you are in my support queue. I have been out of office since last week, and in 9 hrs when I get off this airplane, I'll get you sorted out...

Stephen,I'm going to post this here for the benefit of everyone since this is a common cause of this type of issue:You created three completely separate accounts in our system and used all of them to purchase things over the past few years. They all have the same physical address and phone number, but different email addresses and passwords. Your attempts to install the MD-11 have all failed with an incorrect password error - my hunch is that you're using a password from one of the other accounts instead of the one that's actually associated with the correct account. Everyone, the correct thing to do when you change your email address is to just log into the PMDG Store and change the address in your account details. If you make multiple accounts like this, it confuses both the system and the user.What I've done is consolidate the other two accounts into the one that purchased the MD-11 and I've reset the password on the account. I've just sent you an email privately explaining what to do next. Post back here if you don't receive it. I have a feeling something's being blocked on your end with the email/tickets - I see no actual record of the ticket number you posted here in our system.
