October 28, 201015 yr Hello. This is my first time writing in the forum. I've been waiting to the new 7373 ngx for a long time and every time i've visited the PMDG page, the only thing about 2010 release is that is coming soon...the thing is that every time i look for some info, everybody talks about the 777. is that true?? Is PMDG going to develope a 777?? If thats true, When? Thanks for all and sorry for my english! Juan Rey
October 28, 201015 yr The PMDG 777 is already in developement. We should see this bird sometime in 2011. Regards, Martin Janssen

We should see this bird sometime in 2011.Well, it was.It has been said that all hands are on deck for the finishing of the NGX, so I am to then led to believe that no work is being done on the 777 until the NGX is rolled out. So, in a sense, my sense is that a released NGX brings the T7 closer simply because they will have completed the reconstruction of their code. So, in a sense, my sense is that a released NGX brings the T7 closer simply because they will have completed the reconstruction of their code. That is a good point, however only time will tell if "transplanting" that code will be as easy as we all hope it will. The Boeing 747-8 comes to mind. Yes I know it is a stretch to compare a computer program with a Jumbo Jet, yet things always seem to crop up that were not anticipated, no matter how much thought was put in. I am all for a quick 777 release, dont get me wrong. And I officially support an immenent release of the 737NGX, but since the NGX will come out first, and yes let them finish the plane I know, I will not be waiting as eagerly for the 777 as I will the NGX. The 777 will be a certain purchase for me, yet I will have the NGX to fly whilst I wait, and that should make it all the easier. I just want to fly a 737 in FSX that is not default aircraft. FS9 aviators have all the fun! October 28, 201015 yr Commercial Member sorry guys but there is a lot of misguidence here!firstly the 777 is not in development yet, it is 100% with the ngx, the coding for the 777 will come second, HOWEVER the modelling/artwork is in third place i am a afraid..Also from my post where RSR answered these questions earlier this week, he said that you will look back on 2011 with great satisfaction,, really expect a 777 in 2011, i think RSR and the team are very confident with that year. There is development work on the 777 that has already happened. Some people's jobs on the NGX are already finished and they've moved on.
