Ok, we just realized what the problem still is with some of the downloads:Some of the URLs for the files are absolute links to the IP address of the old server - here's how to fix it temporarily so you can download the file you want:Right click the link that isn't working and chose "Copy URL Location" "Copy Link Address" or something similar depending on your browser - in this example I'm using the MD-11 FSX service update:Paste the link into the browser address bar - in this case, you get:

http://75.126.63.20/file_library/servupd/PMDGMD11_FSX_Update_v1.20.0055.zip

Change the IP address "75.126.63.20" to "downloads.precisionmanuals.com" and press enter - the link should work and the file will download.

Activation has been back up since last night - what exactly is the issue you're having?

When i click to have the email re sent for activation i have not recieved it, i have a link from a week ago, when i click on it to activate it says:The connection has timed outThe server at support.precisionmanuals.com is taking too long to respond.I have tried it on several computers and mobile devices, my idea is that the old link is connected to the old server in some way or another as it is a week old, however i am unable to get a new activation email..Thanks in advance

Is there a problem with the PMDG website? I went there to access my old purchases and to check on my extended downloads. We are finally see something coming right upon us...........:(

The same is happening to me as the person a few comments above,Still waiting on the email from the portal to activate the account inorder to set up an ticket to open the extended download, I purchased the extended download link last Saturday and still waiting on the email to activate my account. I cant open a ticket without it and even today its still not in my email. I have been hitting on the link to resend verification email to my inbox so i can open the ticket for the extended download but even today, NOTHING. Anybody got any ideas.!!!!!Regards,Shane

Ok guys I think I know what's causing the problems with the support system verification emails:When you get the link, it'll have something like this at the start of it:support.precisionmanuals.com:9996/(rest of link)Copy the link, paste it into the browser's address bar and then remove the port number, the ":9996" from the link and it'll work. I just tried it here with Kane's link and it worked.This will be fixed on the server side shortly.

I think we are quite close! *Calls dad and tells him to whip out credit card.*It's just something about us getting ignored on our 'close to release posts' Maybe they don't want to spoil the surprise but, I'd like it to be a surprise' I love PMDG!So for that I'm skipping school tomorrow, and staying glued to this site.I'll probably need some clicking apparatus to reload the pages. I have my iPad maybe I can put some notification alarm thingy.PMDG I'm ready when ever you are  :(

Uhh, you might not want to skip school... they aren't releasing any time "soon". Probably a few months left at least.
