Hello,I'm trying to reinstall the "Queen of the Skies", the "400F" and the "MD-11" on my new Windows 7 x64 system but I'm getting a "Your user information could not be validated" message.I've sent an email three times to [email protected] but got no automated response so I guess they didn't get through. I've also registered to send a support ticket but got no confirmation email either.My new email is [email protected] but the email I used at time of purchase was [email protected].
