November 29, 201015 yr in preparation for the NGX release.{/quote] :( :( :( Sorry......that part of the post kinda stood out. Ron Priever
November 29, 201015 yr but it needs to happen in preparation for the NGX release. This can only mean that we're very near to the release ^_^And i think i already know that you guys will come into this forum one day and that you'll be saying that it will take a much longer time to develop the NGX taht expected and while we all are discussing why it has to take that much longer you'll release that NGX while we are still thinking why it would take longer, right? lolWell enough fun, i don't have a problem with that. Better you repair your servers befor the NGX comes and millions of people are going to complain why they can't activate their product :( RegardsEmi Greetings from the 737 flightdeck!

November 30, 201015 yr Commercial Member Captains-We are still working to bring one of the new servers online. We **really** thought this particular machine would be up and running at around 11a PST today, but here we are at 0230PST the following day and we are still some hours away from completing this critical piece of transition...Currently affected services:PMDG eCommerce: offline for purchases/downloads/re-downloads.Activation: offlineemail: offlinesupport: available, but due to the email outage the support staff is unable to replace to you.We currently have four technicians working overlapping shifts so the work continues... They are telling me that we should be back to full, normal operations during the day Tuesday... but since they told me on Friday that we would be back to normal operations on Saturday- I'm not going to relay this information to you. :( ) Robert S. December 1, 201015 yr Hey guys,Is there any chance this could be up and running tonight? I noticed that the PMDG online store appears to be back online, so hopefully everything will not be far behind.I also hope the support system gets squared away soon too so I can request to have my account details updated.Thank you very much!Molly Norris
December 1, 201015 yr Author Commercial Member Ecommerce, support, and email are back up. Activation server is still down - we're trying as hard as we can to fix this guys, we have no reason not to. We've had people working 24/7 since last week on this. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
December 1, 201015 yr I don't think that will be enough servers RSR and Mr. Maziarz. With all the people wanting this you may need 10 more. :( Alexander Brinson
December 1, 201015 yr Commercial Member Captains-(Especially Mike and Molly)The Activation server is back online and running normally... I want to throw one little caveat out there: The engineers are going to take this server offline for about 9-12hrs at some point soon- just to do a few minor software updates to carry the NGX...So please try your activations right now if you need one. If the server tells you it is offline- then just keep watching this thread and we'll update you when the whole upgrade is finished.Thanks- and again- sorry for the delays... Robert S.
