Yes! In fact Jane's was what started this whole obsession for me. I purchased my first computer and I remember reading an article about Jane's in a PC mag and I bought it immediately when it came out. I spent many an evening (before kids) simming with that game. As far as having a mission editor inside FSX like Jane's or LockOn that would be a dream come true. I have no idea if that is even possible but what a dream. Like you said imagine to be able to fl in an theater in the world. I do have an addon that allows you to place objects in FS. It has military objects so I will at least be able to simulate a ground attack on a tank or SAM site.

I am most impressed with the SDK which lets you "arm" other aircraft. Imagine a huge multiplayer Vietnam war simulation with dozens of aircraft buzzing around and shooting ground targets.

I can't wait to "arm" the PMDG 737 NGX and "take out" the Ariane 737 users! Yah - PMDG verus Ariane....been waiting for this one for years :)

This looks pretty cool. Sometimes it's just fun to set up a quick little shootem up scenario in other flight sims, so it will be nice to do it in FSX when the mood strikes.Tim
