Before I BUY or DOWNLOAD a plane...?

Sorry, am using 32" monitor, big enough to make a 777 cockpit seem REAL.When you said instruments and gauges I thought it didn't mean radios.Daniel
Daniel- terrific, I am green with envy! It may well be that screens such as yours (or larger) are the future for simming. In which case, panning (nor popups) of the instrument panel might not be necessary to see EVERY element at a glance. And of course, multiple views can also be displayed, synched together on a single large screen to dramatically increse the field of view. You might wish to try that on your monitor!(A negative here, is that such multiple views on a single flat screen will have a "bending" horizon when the airplane rolls. Professional simulators avoid this optical problem by projecting three views onto a curved/concave screen. Multiple monitors arranged in an arc accomplish the same.)AR

Well, an VC is important, but I also check whether it has good reviwes and I question here what others think about it and what experiences the others have made with it. I want to use my limited money for the right plane/scenery and not just that I have it and then fly never with it.I forgot the FPS. It shouldn´t be too heavy on the frames, since I don´t have such a 4+ GHz high end rig like some here have.

Best regards, Steffen
