I would love to have FS as a part of my daily FB use BUT, and this is a big BUT, i don't want to link my AVSIM posts to my FB account. I like to keep things here a little anonymous.Is there a big FB hub for FS that I am missing? The only AVSIM page I have know of was the one set up after the crash. May 25, 201115 yr I think Flight Sim people are a little past social networking sites like Facebook. Only because we have been social neworking with each other over the internet since way back to the Compuserve days. I was on Compuserve around 1994 getting all the latest back then. Things like Friendster, MySpace and now Facebook are just other social networks that have come and gone. Flight Sim people have survived all of those other groups.I have 'liked' some FB FSX stuff as well however the forums still remain the primary tool for communicating, and I predict this will outlast Facebook's eventual demise Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me

Young pup! Anyone remember "THE SOURCE" (a popular hangout via dial up modem circa 1985-6 and beyond). Of course, the Compuserve community later, was THE place to hang if you were a flight simmer! I agree with the sentiments of some here... forums (hopefully AVSIM's included) will far outlast the "social sites" for years to come!
