Ms Flight FAIL

Featured Replies

I think it was an actual photograph that someone stamped and uploaded by mistake. I can't believe they would spend so much time on all those details surrounding a boat and a dock.
I agree. The detail on the ship is just way too much for it to be a scenery object.

The water looks too fake to be a real photo. This screenshot definitely has that "MS Flight feel and look" to it. :(

Here is a pic. of the USS Missouri....does the one from Flight look like this one?? Is it me or is there some missing parts on Flight's USS Missouri compare to the real pic?SSM.png

Proof that the Flight shot is indeed from Flight and not a photo. And who said that the modelers were finished with that ship? They could still be working on it. That screenshot was not "officially" released. Just accidentally uploaded to Facebook.

A lot of work on the ship took place after that photo or maybe it really is a shot from Flight?

Perhaps it is from Flight, but also remember the first video for Flight which was a rendered movie?

My turn...Yea! they probably rebuilt the USS Missouri from scratch using some parts of the old one where they see fit........sorry Jim I could't resist :(

Wonder if the spot lights will illuminate the water and dock area as in real life? Will it work with my FS9 and FSX boat add-ons? It must, or I'm not buying Flight. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice........You know I had a psychedelic experience after seeing this. I wonder if the warm glow is next?

Nope, warm glow left without posting.

Will all my FS9 and FSX battleships be compatible with Flight, or will I only be able to fly BB-63 in the new sim? :( Al

I'm guessing that it will only ship with Flight.Regards, Mike Mann

Looks legit to me, maybe it was an early model that they decided to pull from the sim or maybe hold off until later in development.

Damn, I was afraid we might find ourselves in that boat. Now I'm all at sea.Al

I am guessing that Microsoft didn't want to sink the sales of Flight by offering backwards compatibility.Regards, Mike Mann
