July 1, 201114 yr Could owners of both the RXP530 & RXP430 confirm whether they have managed to switch both units on in the 210? I can only get the RXP430 to switch on - the RXP530 unit remains off no matter what I do.I get the same. July 1, 201114 yr Commercial Member I get the same. Also see: http://forum.avsim.n...eries-released/ (scroll down past the first few posts).Thx. Looks like it will sorted soon.Otherwise this really is an excellent ac! Right up there with the C208. Konrad
July 1, 201114 yr Otherwise this really is an excellent ac! Right up there with the C208.Agree, it is really nice. Flies really well, and RXP integration with 3D knobs is a nice touch. July 1, 201114 yr Definitely yesIs it grass strip capable with the RG? Glenn Ryzen 3700X, X570 Pro Wifi, 32GB 3600mhz RAM, Nvidia Titan Xp "Galactic Empire", RM750x PSU, H700 case, 2x NVMe M2 SSD, 1x SATA SSD
July 1, 201114 yr Commercial Member You would not believe some of the places I have been flown into and out of throughout Southern Africa in a 210 so a grass strip is not going to be any issue. With a 210 you do not need runways - dirt roads, beaches (both sandy and rocky), tiny salt pans etc are all good to go. A number of 210's I've been also had STOL conversions which opens up even more interesting opportunitiesFirst pic is of a very small and surprisingly bumpy salt pan in Botswana (very near the Central Kalahari Game Reserve) and the second pic is along the Skeleton Coast which is very sandy and very windy. Third pic is right along the Angolan border - bear in mind this C210 which has just landed is fully loaded with 6 adult pax + baggage. Clearly the C210 landing gear can take significat punishment. Wasn't sure how sturdy the 210 gear would be compared to my time in FG 152's and 172'sHow is the performance in FSX?? Anyone compare it to say the F1 T182? One has retracts, one has glass, different performance characteristics etc etc.I love them both! | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
July 1, 201114 yr A good FDE - really ?? I'm cautiously optimistic... I'm really hoping as the FDE is the most important aspect - IMHO... Nice pix Sharrow !!!Regards,Scott
July 1, 201114 yr A good FDE - really ?? I'm cautiously optimistic... I'm really hoping as the FDE is the most important aspect - IMHO... Yes it is... I think bstolle did it as a guess... since he said "definitely yes" hehe | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

I love the 182 but I find the glass a little overwhelming and the FPS hit is substantial even with my rig.Does this 210 perform better in terms of FPS? July 1, 201114 yr Does this 210 perform better in terms of FPS?The 210 performs about the same as most other Carenado planes as far as I can tell - very easy on the frames.
