July 6, 201114 yr I've been buying off them for over 8 years and never had an issue.They're based in Belgium I believe, but always get hardware to me (in the UK) within 2 days, or 3 maximum, which is quicker than some UK suppliers!They're not the cheapest around but their stock list (especially for hardware) is unbeatable. I purchased a B737 Throttle quad (spent $3,000+ US Dollars) from Simware Simulations that did not work from day one, it took over six months before I was finally able to get Simware Simulations to issue an RMA that allowed me to ship the item back to them. During the six plus month period I ended up losing money due to the exchange rate. I did eventually receive a refund, but it took over six months and countless correspondence, it was ridiculous.I will NEVER do business with Simware Simulations again and I will continue to discourage others from doing business with them as well.
