Wondering if the NGX software has been tested to work with Precision Flight Controls yoke and throttle quadrant?

I have both the PFC yoke and throttle quad. I can't imagine that a specific plane would render our controls useless. With the PFC controller, you simply assign it to the 2 engine aircraft It has to work.

Good gracious!!....I hope so or I'm in a heap of trouble. :( They work perfectly on the MD-11 which is one of my favorites right now....Hopefully, it will drop back to # 2 position for takeoff....:( Regards, jen noulet

That is true....99% the PFC throttle quad works without issues, however the J41 did/does not word well with the condition levers, but the power levers work without issues. I don't see the 737 being a problem unless PMDG has programmed specific logic to the power levers.

That's because of the custom programming we had to do to get the geared engines to work realistically - FSX does not support that type of engine in its turboprop model. Nothing like that should be present in the NGX - standard joystick axes are all you need.

Just been resuscitated after looking at the prices....that my fellow simmers is what you call a joke.Dont get me wrong its very nice, looks very well made, and looks like it will last forever, but i just cant justify those prices...For example the 737 throttle with spioler and flaps and reverse..$595...there just isnt $595 worth of pruduct there - its a bit of bent metal and plastic more time. But hey hoe never owned any of there products. As some of you here have, would you say its werth the money?

The column yoke and rudders are definitely miles ahead of the CH & Saitek brands. I have owned both of those items before. However, I do not have nor do I like the design of the throttles. I'm waiting to purchase either the Throttletek or the VR throttles. Regardes, jen noulet

I own the PFC Cirrus 2, and the potentiometers are absolutely garbage,I am looking into better pots, maybe going to hall effect types. I am in the process of building a dual B-737, back driven yoke assembly(sim will drive the yokes when on autopilot),I found my first part on EBAY,(see pics) out of a 727 simulator, for 40 dollars. I ordered the yoke wheel from here,http://www.throttletek.com/ And the clipboard from here,http://www.aviationmegastore.com/clipboard-aircraft-controls-engineering-aceclipboard-joystickspedals/product/?shopid=LM4e043d27bdf9164c3dbea67cb5&action=prodinfo&parent_id=0&art=87646#img1

I have a PFC desktop Jet yoke and pedals and they are worth every penny, I gave my saitek yoke and pedals to my 8 years son to play with. I can't image flying without it. They work with every add on Aarplane I have installed.Evan Banalian.
