August 11, 201114 yr When you slew from the runway, as in back and up so your on the approach and just do the landing, this sends the brake temperature to 10 and therefore cannot land! Thanks. Great job on the plane PMDG! Ross Thomson. Intel i7 @ 4.2 Ghz | 10GB DDR3 Corsair | GTX 460 | 600W OCZ | Windows 7 Ultimate 64x. Email me
August 11, 201114 yr When I slew aircraft in long turn state, and then start engines and apply some thrust, airplane goes backward. :( Lj. Prodanovic Lj. Prodanovic
August 11, 201114 yr Hardly bugs, the 737 is designed to be flown, not slewed. If you must go back to being on the ILS for a second landing, try saving the flight/panel state then reloading that instead. i7 2600k @ 5.1Ghz, ASUS Sabertooth P67, 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600Mhz, EVGA GTX 580 @ 950MHz, OCZ Vertex II 240GB, ASUS Xonar DG, Thermaltake Toughpower XT 875W PSU, Antec KÜHLER 620 W/C, Corsair 600T SE White My FS9 Screens - http://fs9screens.blogspot.com/ Callum Richardson
August 11, 201114 yr Its very well known not to slew or use time compression with pmdg or other complex aiircraft
August 11, 201114 yr I usually slew it for fine aligning with parking position, and only in long turn or C&D state (on the ground obviously).. I guess I have to stop do that. Lj. August 11, 201114 yr Its very well known not to slew or use time compression with pmdg or other complex aiircraft time compression is actually allowed per the manual, max 8x. see page 111 of the introduction Phil Leaven i5 10600KF, 32 GB 3200 RAM, ASUS 4070 12GB EVO, Asus ROG Z490-H, 2 WD Black NVME for each Win11 (500GB) and MSFS (1TB), Rolling Cache 16GB, Photogrammetry always OFF, Live Weather and Live Traffic always ON, Res 2560x1440 on 27"
August 11, 201114 yr Author Yes, but no other aircraft does it, so it really is a bug, or somethings not right on my part. Ross Thomson. Intel i7 @ 4.2 Ghz | 10GB DDR3 Corsair | GTX 460 | 600W OCZ | Windows 7 Ultimate 64x. Email me
August 11, 201114 yr Commercial Member It helps to not use your emergency brake while slewing at 300 knots around an airport ;) Vin Scimone Precision Manuals Development Group www.precisionmanuals.com
August 11, 201114 yr Author I suppose, so this is normal then Vin?Just while this is on the go, my friend also has a problem which I cannot seem to replicate. His captains PFD's altitude tape goes alot slower than the FO's PFD altitude tape? Whats the reason for this? Thanks! Ross Thomson. August 11, 201114 yr Author Haha, but honestly though, do you know what the problem might be? Ross Thomson. Intel i7 @ 4.2 Ghz | 10GB DDR3 Corsair | GTX 460 | 600W OCZ | Windows 7 Ultimate 64x. Email me
August 11, 201114 yr I really don't know. I RL I would suspect a dirty static port. I don't know if PMDG modelled that though. Daniel Verhaal
August 11, 201114 yr Author Yes, I though that aswell, I'l wait until a reply from PMDG, thanks! Ross Thomson. Intel i7 @ 4.2 Ghz | 10GB DDR3 Corsair | GTX 460 | 600W OCZ | Windows 7 Ultimate 64x. Email me
August 11, 201114 yr Your slewing this plane was not made or designed to be used in slew mode. I doubt the beta testers and development team even tested in in slew mode once. Steven Herzberg, "I rather be flying"
