If yes, it (might) tempt me to XP. Yes. I have the X52 throttle and stick and all buttons and axes are programmable in x plane. The only thing you cannot program (I think) is the MODE selector on the right of the stick. I never really tried to add that.I also have the Saitek yoke and throttles and they also work seamlessly in x plane.I don't have the rudder pedals but I know people who do and they have no issues with them.
September 4, 201114 yr Just to add that I have the Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals and they work great in the XPlane9 demo I've tried.
October 18, 201114 yr I've the Saitek Yoke, and pedals, and would love to have the hat swich work in the VC they way it does in FSX.I use the Track IR5 instead, but the trackIR will not work under Linux since the hardware vendors of trackIR are not interested in supporting it just yet. December 11, 201114 yr I have Trackir 5 and it works. You have to check it off in the Joystick & Equipment menu under Equipment tab/Accessories then go into the View menu and check off 3-D Cockpit Mouse Look. I think the Trackir takes over the ouse look. I tried the PilotView plugin and it worked at first then started having weird problems so took it out.

And if not now, will they work with XP10?If yes, it (might) tempt me to XP.Hello Duke,As others have said, the Yoke and throttle quadrant work very well and all buttons can be selected from the XP-10 set up screens.Having said that, yesterday I downloaded the latest Saitek driver and programing software to see if I could program the yoke to take advantageof the Modes 1,2,3. I think they (Saitek) have improved on the programming software as it took me just a few minutes to get started, about a hoursworth of work and I had it all done....checking it out with the sim...all seemed ok. Then it went down hill, trim set on the A1 A2 button quit, etc. etc.just frustrating. programming is talking to the switch but I don't think the yoke is talking to the a/c. Well to make a very long story short,I ended up having to Uninstall the programming software as it seemed to lock up the XP-X settings to the yoke. Once I did that then I was ableredo the settings on XPX via the Joystick and equipment screen. All normal now.I do not know where the fault is as I am not knowledgeable enough to figure it out. I probably should contact Saitek, but just got the XP_X disksin today so will not bother until further down the road.If you decide to do the programming please do let us know how it worked out.Regards,Chuck Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700KF CPU @ 4.90GHz 32.0 GB RAM Windows 11 Home NVIDIA RTX 3080Ti 12GB Multi monitors WD SN850 M2 2TB PSU 1000W. 360 AIO.cooling.
