You have to completely uninstall P3D in order to install the new version?! That's going to be really inconvenient when/if people start installing add-ons.

But potentailly much more RELIABLE... If you uninstall P3D and then install the new Version, you can test it before risking messing it up with ADDONS. Then you can start installing your ADDONS, and see if any of them have issues with the later version of P3D, either in installing, or in running. At the end of this exercsie, you potentaially end up with a far more STABLE system, than updating versions of P3D, while the Addons are still present, and were insatlled, assuming the old version of P3D. It's a trade off between EASY and RELABILITY .... In my book RELIABILTY Rules
Version 1.2 of Lockheed's Prepar3d has recently been released :- http://www.prepar3d....viewtopic&t=399 ( Release Notes : http://www.prepar3d....-release-notes/ )

10 $ / month ? The only thing that worries me is how high addons are going to be priced for home users.

The submersible mode could become very useful for some of my NGX landings, especially at TNCM,LPMA etc LOL.gif

sounds like a lot of risk especially if you have lots of addons, are there any improvements in it over FSX or will there be by the developer, I wait with much interest to see if its worth it to make the change there would want to be some really compelling reasons to make the change i would think
