Hi Is the EFB included in the PMDG737ngx or will it be included together with SP1? Fredrik

With this regard, which one would you recommend to fit nicely with the NGX? AivlaSoft?

they said they were looking into it ... but I doubt we will see it soon if ever ...they wanted to add the EFB for the 777 ... maybe we will see a feature update on the 737 then ...but not before SP3 or SP 4 :)

Aivlasoft EFB is great ... expensive, but worth it ... there is a 30day free version at their homepage, so you can test it

yes, because I think some 737 came with an EFB, but its currently not modeled with the NGX ...maybe in the future like PMDG said

No you can NOT as the Avilasoft EFB is NOT ready for use with the NGX yet. It will be when PMDG releases the SDK.

of course you can use aivlasoft efb with the ngx ... at least last time I tried it worked ?why would you need a sdk for it ?

Hi Frederik,The EFB by Aivlasoft is not a gauge, it is a seperate application that runs alongside FSX and talks to it through simconnect. It works with the NGX, but the SDK is needed to properly export the .rte flightplan to the NGX (although that already works right now in some cases but not all).
