Be better off  starting  your own post,  anyways is  there no info   on the hgs  than its  your ddl xml has been corrupted   some  how,  if  you  got  a back up  of  your data  than just a matter of  copying  the ddl.xml   back in, or  you can send  your ddl.xml in a support  ticket  to pmdg where  they will fix  it  for  you  and send it back,  or  you  can uninstall/ reinstall option

Did you install anything else?  It used to be common to have problems with some addons is why I ask.  Fix it, and keep a backup copy of the dll.xml file to compare next time HGS fails.

Check to see if maybe the "CLR" button didn't get pressed? I think that can blank it out too,

although I've never used that button here.  Would be kinda weird to trash the xml again in such

a short time. I've never had that happen yet since I've run the NGX.
