I guess both have their flaws. In PMDG's case, their download URL expiring after what i feel is a very short period and if you have the extended download option as i do, you still have to submit a ticket, but if you don't need a new installer because you are just reinstalling, you can use the installer over and over.In Flight One's case you more or less have no option but to redownload even if you do not need an updated installer, because i have found that trying to use your existing installer just causes problems.
