I have found when I fly on VATSIM using FSINN for some reason, NGX stutters when I am connected. If I disconnect, all is well; but as soon as I reconnect, the stutters return.I have cross checked using other aircraft on FSINN and have no issues; just with NGX. Thanks, but this is more of a stutter than a FPS issue. FSX just stops every 2 seconds then starts again. In the post you reference, it lists LVLD aircraft. I run alot more complex aircraft than that with no problems, so I don't think that is the issue. Thanks.

I run on VATSIM with no problems. However FSX as a whole seems to freeze up once or twice a week and CTD. Does anyone else get this online from time to time. It doesnt matter what plane I'm using, and it seems to happen most on the ground where there is ATC online, or where there is a higher volume of air traffic, but not always. I have reduced the traffic settings on FSINN and I even have gone so far as to reduce weather settings when going into higher traffic airspace. Just wondering if its my rig, or if other experience this semi-regular CTD and the windows blue wheel of death when online.BTW, I never seem to have this CTD issue if I stay off line, but then what is the fun of that :)CheersKE

Dave-If/when you resolve this- we'd love to hear what the resolution turned out to be....A quick scan of our support tickets doesn't bring up anything that causes me to conclude that it is a common problem for our customers... That isn't to say you aren't seeing something real- it just says that others aren't reporting it to us- so for now I don't have any recommendations for you.

Lehbird,Remember that the NGX stretches your system much more than other addon a/c so anything you add on top such as online MP traffic is going to stretch it even more. Questions;1) What are you traffic settings in FSInn? i.e. Maximum number of visible aircraft?2) Maximum visibility range for other traffic?3) In your Settings/General in FSInn what boxes are ticked down the right hand side of the screen?These are important because if fly come into range of, for example, a large airport with a lot of traffic then at the point they come into range it has to suddenly resolve all these aircraft at the same time. Depending on the models it has to resolve then it is very likely that the system will stutter momentarily. That effect can be minimised by the above 3 items. So, how are they set?

Hi,I had problems with FSInn in FSX,it use to go from 22 Fps to 4 fps.I do not know how many tweeks I tried but always the same result.Sometimes it worked fine but I was never sure it would last , it always crawled at the wrong time.With SB4 it worked fine but always within their own windows.In time FSX started to crawl more and more.I decided to take the plunge and unistalled it, cleaned everything registry as well.I now only use a few aircraft (it's amazing to see the stuff you downloaded but never use).I resintalled FSinn and wonders of wonder it works like a charm.I now have 15 fps at major airports with 100 % AI,in flight 30/40 FPS and 8/8 cloud cover around 30 FPS.The best is when my flight is ready I go full screen and it gives me an extra 50% FPS... I have now given up on FS9 and will stick on FSX.I use pmdg NGX,MD11X,Maddog 2010 and LVL-D with Active Sky Evolution, a real treat.I hope you will get it sorted because in the end it's a whole new world.AlainV
