By the way, I have posted some screenshots in a German X-Plane forum which were taken outside(!) the Demo are. There you can get some more impressions from the global scenery (Mont Blanc, Matterhorn, Rockies, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, NW Canada):http://www.flightx.de/index.php?page=Thread&postID=400783#post400783

Huh, sorry ... I have nothing to do with those adds, i just use what that forum offers as image hosting. And I also never see the adds, because I use an add-blocker.

Looks great, such an improvement!Won't be getting the dvds before Aerosoft comes out with their european version early next year, but I'm dying to see how the norwegian fjords turns out with the new global scenery! If you're taking request that is... ;-)

Tierborn,Why don't you take your "Negative Attitude" back to FSX, I'm getting tired of your crying!
what? I dont see a negative attitude .. you should re read my comment. You are in a overreaction mode here, dude. IF you werent so quick to anger .. you would have seen that I am in support of XP.

@GoranNah, not my cuppa TI dont mean any offence to the guy that posted the link..my comment wasnt aimed at you.I just find it incredibly annoying.I go there to see pics of a simmulator, and im hit giddy with adds about ''shoot 5 iphones and win!'' or ''BattleStar galactica''....hello!?Anyway, case closed.

I'd be more than happy to save them and give you links to an ad free page.Seeing as the case is closed though, and you have basically closed your eyes to it, there's really no point. Have a nice day!

Thanks for the kind offer anyway. :)

If X-Plane 10 wants to get to where ...........the competion is, then it needs all the top notch 3rd party additions, it can get. It's own two feet, won't get it any farther than previous editions. That's why it's a compromise at best. Some are terribly exaggerated, because the database can't contain enough elevation points.Would all have to be hand done, othersise.
There should be an implementation of an excess of data points for the isolated airport environmentsAlthough I suspect the data coverage has to be of uniform density everywherescan be?
