December 14, 201114 yr Just put in 0 for straight distance and whatever degree turn you want. This will be the minimum pushback distance Gavin Price
December 14, 201114 yr I already have this issue since release of the NGX. See my first post here, posted 08 August 2011 - 09:56 AM Peter Belgium Flightsimulator is not a simulation, it's a way of life ...
December 14, 201114 yr I haven't seen anyone having issues with Feet. Maybe there is a bug with meters so use feet instead and if it works for you use that until they figure out whats wrong with the meters pushback. Paul Deemer
December 15, 201114 yr - pushback is unrealistic. There should be a way to control how quickly you want the tug to turn you whatever degree you choose.Im finding my pushbacks arent even close to where I need. The turn is slow and wide. Now that may work at SOME airports, but not all. Peter Osborn
December 15, 201114 yr I wouldn't hold your breath for another PB option. Personally I use AES. Like you said "...some airports, but not all". That's quite a hard thing to keep in mind for one default PB. If you get use to that airport, you'll find the magic numbers to get you on target like others have said in using 0. Maybe if one could tighten it further with a negative value of say, -15? AES though, takes that out any of the guess work for me and parks me within a flea distance of perfect center every time. i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
December 15, 201114 yr I think I will wait for GSX from FSdreamteam. I think they are including PB simulation. Peter Osborn
December 15, 201114 yr I have no issue with the pushback other than I wish I could jump out and measure how far I need to go straight back. I end up hitting the plane behind me, or stuffing half the plane through a building. December 15, 201114 yr Haha, Rick, no kidding. When I 1st got the Queen, I had little stickies all over the place for my pushback settings. A tool like that would surely have come in handy. The queen though was much more confusing than I see what's in the NGX's FMC. I too look forward to GSX, but have AES for all my non-FSDT airports. The fact that they're doing that for free for their product is just awesome. It looks fantastic and can't wait. i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
