Selfish and ungrateful.. ?!

Ah, looks like the Lords of Orbx are at it again with their horrible PR.I used to like those guys back when they first started out but through time as they have gotten more and more successful their attitudes and egos have gotten way to big for my taste. Along with their HEAVY handed moderation where they either lock or delete threads before you even have chance to reply.Of course to some they can do no wrong, heck they even have a forum member they titled as a VIP, and the said member has such a big ego that he even refers to himself in third person half the time. Too much for me.I'm lucky that I have never fallen under their spell since they dont make much that interests me due to the locations and type of airports they specialize in, but their recent posts are enough to keep me away.I wonder if they keep going this way with their PR, if they will eventually ruin their business by alienating their loyal following. Even if you dont care about or like your customers, you should at least prentend you do.
