I don't think really anyone puts emphasis on NDA anymore.... I mean it's a freaking FREE game. Why do they even have a private beta??

I do. When a person gives their word, it is suppose to mean something. The fact the the CORE part is going to be free, doesn't make it acceptable to break the NDA.You don't just break your word. That is wrong.

I am not even on the beta... :unsure:And honestly, for the way that MS has treated us all, I really see absolutely nothing wrong with MS getting backstabbed by the testers who posted content. MS have dumped us all and it is really frustrating.....

I'm wasn't accusing you of anything. But I was disagreeing with you. A NDA is not any less binding just because the Core part of Flight happens to be a free download. I took contract law in college. The NDA is a written contract, and agreeing to its conditions, is just as binding as signing a paper contract. Besides there is more to Flight than just its free Core. The DLC is not free.

I don't either, but I think MS deserves for there *game* to get leaked out on YT and other sites to show what we really are going to have on the grand day of release. I am still somewhat optimistic but I don't think that FLIGHT will be our *game* of choice in the future.

Assuming I could fill the tank up every 300 NM or so, how long would it take to reach the west coast of the US? Taking off from say....Hilo International Airport as an example.

A friend of mine dealed and sealed two aircraft deliveries in that area, had the Vulcan Air planes fitted with interior fuel tanks (removed passenger seats) and paid four pilots (two a plane) to charter the 24 hr flight from Cali to Hawaii. First question I asked was, how do they go to the bathroom? And I was shown the tupperware they were bringing on board. ;) It's not a pretty flight.

It's hardly a revelation that Flight is limited to Hawaii only....for nowMy comment about being 'lost' was in reference to a popular TV series a few years ago that was filmed in Hawaii. Google those compass bearings i mentioned. I found the similarity to my trying to escape the island quite amusing.I also find it quite amusing that if this beta thing is meant to be all hush hush. Why does microsoft broadcast that i'm playing it through my gamertag, which is available for anyone to see if they know what my tag name is? (The same as they do for games you play on the xbox)
