February 1, 201214 yr Just want to lighten up the debate around upcomming interesting announcements from PMDG ;)Joking apart, I was looking for ''PMDG 777'' on my google search engine and found some interesting pictures that I don't know at all from where they comes from:http://www.vatsim.co...php?f=4&t=11016IMO it is to date the best pictures of rendered 777 cockpit pics I ever seen in my life and I really hope it comes from PMDG. Maybe someone could help me identify those pictures?Jon Edited February 1, 201214 yr by Jonmarshall
February 1, 201214 yr It seems like it is some leaked pictures from PMDG. It´s written soemwhere down the thread. Best regards, Steffen Fight time: NGX 737-700: 37,0h; -800: 47,2h
February 1, 201214 yr I don't think this is PMDG guys, in fact I think it's from PSS's old model. They would render a cockpit in 3D then build their images for their 2D cockpits off that.I can't really see PMDG people being that reckless with stuff. Patrick Houghton
February 1, 201214 yr Defently not from PMDG, The DU's colours are wrong + PMDG would NEVER, EVER let Render pictures get leaked. Ron Hamilton "95% is half the truth, but most of it is lies, but if you read half of what is written, you'll be okay." __ Honey Boo Boo's Mom
February 1, 201214 yr that's not from PMDG. it is infact a 777 in development for x-plane.regards Martin DahlerupMy rig contains a random selection of computer parts working in perfect harmony.... I hold a EASA fATPL + A320 SIC rating and a FAA CPL with CFI rating.
February 1, 201214 yr Guys, this is a 777 being developed for X-plane by a company called XPJets. Google them, they are doing a great job IMO. No leaked pics of PMDG ;)cheers, Sante Sottile
February 1, 201214 yr OK guys, I retreat immediately. The google translator isn´t good in thinks like that. :( Best regards, Steffen Fight time: NGX 737-700: 37,0h; -800: 47,2h
February 2, 201214 yr While the lack of new information about the project is worrisome, have you seen the pictures of the external model? (note that the URL for the first picture says it was edited. I think it was the clouds... Xplane 9 didnt have clouds like that!) Daniel Miller
February 2, 201214 yr Yeah. Those are old pics. I ran across them last year sometime. That cockpit rendering isn't in sim. And unfortunately X-Plane isn't the best platform IMO for such simulations... Yet. February 2, 201214 yr The OP even dares to say he received those pictures from a "guy" from PMDG! He's insinuating that someone from the development team consented to let those pics leak. Those aren't PMDG. PMDG would never be so reckless to the piont where screenshots of a product in development would start leaking. As Tinosky said, they are from XPJets. You can find the very same pictures in their website. And here are the pics of the external model. They look good, actually. Matheus Mafra

I believe he was, since I remember what Fly2 looked like.
