Please.What i posted is fact, a 6870 runs flight just great, as does a 5770. If someone disagrees, then IDGAF.That's like someone saying 2+2=5. If someone really beleives that, why would i care to have a discussion with them?

HelloThere is a difference 2+2=5 is obviously wrong.someone having a differing opinion is not wrong, and you never know you may even learn something in the process.If you are totally closed to other folk ideas and opinions why even use a discussion forum.

FPS on my setup is not opinion based. It is a numerically based.Someone telling me that i'm not getting the FPS, that i am clearly seeing, is obviously wrong.just stop.

Well, I'm subscribing to the old mechanical adage, "If it's not broken, don't fix it."I'm the Australopithecus afarensis of the posters here; I have a P4/ 3.0 single core with a 1Gb GPU, and use FS 9.Being on a fixed budget I don't see either FSX or Flight in my immediate future, but that's OK. I get enjoyment out ofthe flying I do, and that's the most important thing.

If you cannot articulate something with common courtesy, then don't say it.It's not as if the comments are questioning your intelligence, are personal attacks or hateful slurs; they're just differingopinions is all.Look... you might say you like Adele or Justin Bieber. I happen to like Jazz and Blues. I might not like either of those two artists forwhatever reason, and there's nothing wrong with that. I honestly bet you could run flight with that setup. There's more to a GPU that memory obviously, but the game is coded well, to work on many setups.Setting it down to minimum settings and lower res will help alot. it's free to try so you'll be able to see if it's playable, pretty easily.

Definitely agree, I've been a part of many forums, for a long time.Just wanted to clear that up, as it might have been misread, leading people to beleive i had done those things, when i hadn't :)

I'm running a Commodore 128 with the new 1570 drive. ACE runs very well on my rig. Will my frames be OK in Flight?
