My plane is turning from left to right so sensitive

Featured Replies

Hey I was taxing on the runway want to take off and my plane is just swinging from rite to the left and when I looked at the front wheel it seems it's going from left to right. What causes this? Dd anybody experience this problem.

Check your controllers. Do you have anything that might be trying to drive the autopilot? Was the AP ON on the ground?Best regards,Robin.

No robin no ap on... It's just started happening so recently.... I think it is bug though... I guess uninstalling it and reinstalling it will be a good idea.

i just did a reinstall and i am having the same issue... why is it so sensitve?

Are you using pedals or a controller? If yes then it is most likely noise coming from your controller. Dust does that.

If it is a question of finances or availability, then i fully understand why you are frustrated, but notwithstanding that, why would you even try to fly a jet liner with a keyboard?

If all you have is a keyboard to fly with why did you buy the NGX in the first place? The most logical thing to have done was buy a good controller first and fly with default planes. Your really missing out on a lot by flying with a keyboard. I used to just fly with a single cheap joystick for many years until I got the Saitek X52 Pro and Rudder pedals. Now I wonder how I got by all those years without them. Yeah I know controllers cost money, but thats just a fact of life in the world of FS. My suggestion would be save your money and start out with a good joystick controller. There are plenty out there that cost less than what you paid for the NGX.Something like this for example: ($49.99 USD) http://www.saitek.co.../prod/fly5.html

Even if he buys a stick or a yoke, if he doesn`t buy pedals too he still needs to turn the rudder with key presses (unless he gets a stick that has a twisting handle).@ Mohit: If money is a concern for you, unless you can buy a joystick with a twisting handle (for rudder) you will still need to use the keyboard to turn the NGX on the ground. There are some sensitivity options in the FSX controls for key presses, you could try lowering those some. The best solution is buying rudder pedals + a joystick to get the most out of the NGX.

Actually the best solution would be something like this with matching Rudder gear.http://secure.simmarket.com/fi-hw-ffb-737-force-feedback-b737-yoke.phtmlThe reason I just said a joystick to start is because obviously he is of limited means at the moment. Of course the Pedals would make it more enjoyable, but hey you got to start somewhere.

well listen money is not the concern... i have been using keyboard since the first flight sim released.... okay if i go the sensivty option will it be better? let me know... i mean its really terrible. since i installed gsx its been acting like that.. it inever use to act like that. because i finish push back and i am moving the aircraft or taxing it to the runway and i have to hiit the brakes somtimes den i move off again then u see the planes goes left to right.. i wonder if its a bug. but this never use to happen.. well its a softwar stuff happens.. I dont know if any of u go through the same thing as i am going through now. but i hope fully it will be fixed. thanksi am lookign to buy the saitek yoke for fsx and rubber pedals.. but my question to is why does it have 3 throttle queadrants when the ngx is using 2? sorry i am a newbie towards this flight controls thingy.

I don't know if it's better, that's why you have to try it. Not me.

You can assign anything you want to the levers. If you want two engines and flaps, or one engine and flaps and the spoilers, or two engines and gear...it's all able to be customized.Set it up how you want.
