How does the OSM stuff work? Do you have to pre-render an area or does it work like landclass?

Hello ! It's not a landclass nor a render effect. OSM2XP creates huge sceneries with data from OpenStreetMap. X-Plane is able to render thousands of OSM2XP buildings on a Core 2 system. Read more about OpenStreetMap and OSM2XP here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenStreetMaphttp://osm2xp.com/Happy flying !
