March 15, 201214 yr I can't get to the online manuals, the website reports that the server is unavailable. Can someone just check to see if they can get to it, or is it just my router playing up again. Justin Paull

March 15, 201214 yr I have also had trouble accessing the support website from time to time. What turned out to solve it for me was to change my DNS server. I switched to Google, which is 8.8.8.8. Frank Olaf Sem-Jacobsen
