October 1, 201015 yr We talk a lot about what equipment we fly with, so perhaps it is a good idea to have a thread for sharing pictures of our flight simulation computers and/or cockpit layout and equipment. Of course what each of us have is a moving target since we tend to occasionally upgrade and change computers or components, so maybe posting updates from time to time would also be helpful. I hope you think this thread is a good idea too. Kind regards,
October 1, 201015 yr Your setup is beautiful, amazing really. Anyway I don't have time right now to open it up so have a look at this decal Sorry about the quality

October 1, 201015 yr Yea since you guys asked so nicely lol anyway sorry again for quality I cant use the flash.
October 1, 201015 yr Okay, my pictures are attached showing a more modest setup (no fancy lights). In fact, there is no sense in looking at the interior. I have to admit that I enhanced the setup a little by wiping the dust off the yoke. It appears that I need to do the same to the rest of the room, including the computer case. Art

Therefore, here is my FSX machine and controls as of October 1, 2010. I hope you think this thread is a good idea too. Nice rig, Stephen. What size is that Dynex and how are you connecting it to your video card? - Are you using the HDMI connection or somehting else?Your sig says 40LCD - I'm assuming that it's an HDTV - Thanx,Vic RIG#1 - I9 14900K MSI Pro z790 RTX 5070Ti 40" 4K Monitor 3840x2160

I also use Track IR 5 not pictured.An aging system but it works fine as long as I stay away from big cities and PNW (which I have). | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

With very high 16 AA the screen has an excellent picture so gameplay is overwhelming because of the size of the screen. The connector is a simple cable like this one:Connector CableKind regards,
October 2, 201015 yr Nice thread, Stephen Below are some pictures of my pc. As you can see I'm not a big fan of fancy gaming cases The cabling could have been better, but the cooling is still effective. There are 6 S-ATA disks mounted.

I know the gtx480 has an hdmi output. Does/would it make any difference?Vic RIG#1 - I9 14900K MSI Pro z790 RTX 5070Ti 40" 4K Monitor 3840x2160
