April 18, 201214 yr Now that the Space Shuttles are making their way to their final resting spots, I thought Id post a few shots. This is the Endevour on top a 747. In X-plane, if you hit the space bar, they will seperate. I must have accidentally hit the spacebar at some point during the flight, because it was gone when I landed (lol). On instant replay I saw that I had done just that, and it glided off into a mountain side. No where did that shuttle go? Maybe Moonraker stole it? :Hypnotized: Good thing I dont work for NASA! Rob
April 18, 201214 yr Very fitting and great screens Rob, I think you better explain "Moonracker" to the young-ens they will never understand your humor! Darryl
April 18, 201214 yr Awesome shots Rob! Such a historic moment yesterday, I'm just sad that I couldn't be at the National Mall to see this in person. A lot of my friends posted pictures live from the event on facebook, it seemed as DC came to a halt for the time. Actually I was thinking about doing the fly-by in my sim, but I didn't find any SCA model to fly with.
April 18, 201214 yr Commercial Member Great shots! Actually I was thinking about doing the fly-by in my sim, but I didn't find any SCA model to fly with. If you mean MSFS, there's a model here, should work fine in both FS2004/FSX: http://www.projectopensky.com/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=265 Best Regards,Kyle SchurbDeveloper of Virtual Cockpits, Sceneries, and Liveries. April 18, 201214 yr xplane can really look good sometimes, I've always been amazed by the 747 being able to carry such a monster, I wonder how big the difference between a normal 747 and this one is ^_^ RoyalSkies.CO.UK Youtube Vidz !My website will be back soon with new paints and videos!
