Wow, amazing, I'm watching it on the nightly news right now. Pristine!

5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

Woah, that is a wicked find. And now he can look for the stash in my country, as reported in the article!

Happy Flying,

That's the first time that I've seen the words "New Spitfire from 1945" together. Incredible! 0 hours on them, Are they still airworthy or did they get damaged from being buried?

And I was VERY surprised to find that there are over 232 in Queensland, Australia (Where I live). Heheheh, I'd imagine gardening outside one day and finding a Spitfire crate in my yard! Then again, QLD's the second largest state in AUS, so it'd take a fair bit of luck to accidentally find one!

Thanks,

Kevin L

Anxiously awaiting more news on this, but can't seem to find anything more. The last I saw was that they had lowered a small TV camera down a hole and saw the outside of a box which looked like it was in good shape. Have they brought one of the crates up yet?
