July 11, 201213 yr Something I was interested in, will you give us the option to switch out the Minimums call? A lot of Airlines use "+100" instead of "Approaching Minimums". Will you be giving us the choice in the 777's FMC? Something that I love about the 777 is the hydraulics, they're some noisy things ha. Before doing things like flap movement, turns etc you hear them make a noise that I can't quite put in text (go watch a video) will/have you implemented that? Same with the noise you get when you pressurise them. Okay I think that's it, I cannot wait to hear the engine start, will put bass full on my beats and just.. enjoy. In fact, I may go to a maintenance area and keep Starting/Shutting down just to hear it :LMAO: I'll definitely get FS Recorder and reply my departures to sit next to the engine! For my first question, it may be in the NGX but note I do NOT own the NGX so I don't know! Cheers - Luke Pabari

Will you be giving us the choice in the 777's FMC? +1 for +100 . I really love this callout but does it says plus 100 oder cross 100? And are you going to make the womens callout e.g. "2000ft remaining" or "approaching 16L" or another "on runway 25L" ? would be amazing but not so important. - René Mosek - Future Owner Of: 'The PMDG 747-400 V3' B)

My question is, right before touch down you can hear the sound, is that to prepare for speed brake deployment? I the speedbrakes are not armed, I wonder if it would make the sound?? July 12, 201213 yr Wait, what?????? Luke you don't have the NGX? Why not? A person like you would have the NGX, I think. i7-6700K @ 4.5 GHz, 16 GB DDR4-2400 MHz, GTX 1070 8GB
July 12, 201213 yr Author Wait, what?????? Luke you don't have the NGX? Why not? A person like you would have the NGX, I think. Haha, no I don't unfortunately. Mainly because I'm not too much of a short haul guy, I've been waiting for a 777 for a good 2 years for FSX now so the closest I've got is the LDS 763. That's what I've been flying for a while! I was going to buy the NGX a few months back but I thought to myself, I want the 777 to be a whole new experience. I don't want to get use to the new things like TERR radar (which is extremely big to me) and the overall quality. I want to experience it first hand in the 777 as that's my love I mean, I'm going to be coming from a 75% 2-D VC to the 777. You guys may not hear from me for weeks, I think my Laptop will want to kill itself after all the flying I'll be doing ha. - Luke Pabari

July 12, 201213 yr Luke, I can guarantee that you will be blown away by the engine start sound. The first time I heard the NGX I got the feeling of being in the real thing and I sit in them quite often... I really doubt that the 777 will be different. Manfred G. Ships are cooler that you think.

July 13, 201213 yr I caved in, we're on the runway at KPAE now... oh my god.. COOL STORY, BRO! Now go buy the 600/700, then go read the manuals and fly the tutorial. i7-6700K @ 4.5 GHz, 16 GB DDR4-2400 MHz, GTX 1070 8GB
July 13, 201213 yr Author COOL STORY, BRO! Now go buy the 600/700, then go read the manuals and fly the tutorial. Ha! God that flies beautifully. How will I ever fly something non PMDG now? I personally just want the 800WL for Ryan Air :P (made me even more excited for the 777!!) I think I'll do EGKK-EGPF now.. By the way, I'm extremely familiar with Boeing and I watched a hours worth of tutorials before buying last night ha. Will read manuals when I get some time. I just LOVE the range of customising you can do! - Luke Pabari

Okay, according to your My Simulator thing (which is something you should update now... with your purchase of the NGX) you mostly fly in England/Europe, right? I said for you to get the 600/700 pack for the Southwest livery, but I can see that you won't use it a lot. (I don't know a lot of European carriers that use the -700 or -600, except for Austrian Airlines which is planning on selling them and EasyJet, which already sold their -700 in exchange for Crapbuses. You can still fly the EZY livery fictionally, though. Malev has some, but they're now closed. I also know KLM.) i7-6700K @ 4.5 GHz, 16 GB DDR4-2400 MHz, GTX 1070 8GB

Visually, the VC isn't up to par with the NGX, but systems wise - it's practically there. Not to mention the fact it's actually a challenge to land, which is something I'm appreciating after flying the NGX for the last 1 or 50 flights. Luke Harvest
