Hi Raul,

Some 146-300s used the traditional cockpit and others used the early generation glass cockpit.

Thanks

dighost's bizarre comment about us being lazy

Martyn, my "lazy" comment should have been clarified-- for which I apologize. The comment actually reflects other aspects of service I have had with Justflight-- and I mistakenly lumped the 146 and the other issues together. As far as the product itself, I have been very happy with it and look forward to updating.

Tried it out today with the update.

Sorry, I've given up hope. This thing seems too far-gone to improve. Hate to say it but lost any interest in this version. I'll wait till QWSim get's their 146 variants done up.

Flight dynamics are still atrocious. Need full left rudder to stay coordinated in a level 2 minute turn @ 200 knots? this is at about half gross weight and 6000 ft. What a joke. Roll response is "sluggish, like a wet sponge" at what seems like any airspeed, Especially poor during the approach phase at 140-120ish knots. Can't fly the thing for ****.

Systems are there, but still weird readings. I'm getting 40+VDC on the TRU's...don't know what that's about. #4 generator seems to do nothing connected or disconnected, except show a fake AC load meter reading. The horizon still precesses and tumbles without the engines on, like all those default aircraft. FMC offers not really any useful functionality, as you still have to work within the confines of an FS flight plan. That means no approaches, no changing of routes (can't DTO to a spot on your route then carry on, makes it kind of tough on VATSIM)...and i've had no luck getting the ISG1 GNS-XLS to work within it.

All this picky systems stuff aside, this thing is still unflyable out of the box. A couple aircraft.cfg changes mentioned earlier help, but one shouldn't have to depend on those after an update.

This has always been the case with CLS ....... poor, inaccurate FDE that doesn't emulate the real aircraft at all. I still have fun in this though, but anyone expecting realistic FDE, a la RealAir, this one is not for you! ... Nice VC, and reasonably well system rendered.

Just a shame that the FSX key assignments for the AP do not work on this (they never ever do on CLS planes, not even for basic things like the heading bug. CLS just cannot be bothered to set up the bindings). FSUIPC Mouse Macros do not work with it either.

........... so expect a full 'mouse click' experience with this one.

A small detail, but that terrible... and I mean atrocious "texture" graphic on dash (where it curves down just above the pilots instruments) should have been corrected. It's been complained about before..
