I've noticed that in the recent hours or maybe 24 hours or more that topic notification emails are not being sent anymore, its been a very long time since we last had a problem like this. Is anyone else seeing the same?

I've still not received a single topic notification email today.

I haven't gotten one for topic/forum since the new forum software upgrade.

I started getting some this morning about 2am UK BST. Only four emails so far though.

I seem to be getting them fine again now I've got a load last night. But once a week has past old topics seem to get ignored completely, regardless of whether there's been any new replies.

We're not 24/7 guys. I was not aware of the problem. What is the issue with sending a PM? With over 245 forums, personal time gets a bit stretched. I will look into it now that I know about it.

I don't know what forum change you are referring to; but substantive changes occured months ago. When was the last time you checked your messaging preferences in your User Control Panel?

Jay have you checked the settings to make sure you actually have notifications switched on, by default they were off after the change over last year or whenever it was that we moved onto the IPBoard software.

If you go to "Content I Follow" option under your username in the top right corner it will show you a list of subscribed topics you are following, I notice for me I only have subjects listed going back just 14 days or so. What about topics older than that? surely AVSIM aren't auto purging subscriptions older than this after this short amount of time are they?
